1st Anniversary with a Funtastic Gift for You

In 3rd May 2011 I began with Rolling Together Blog!!
The main objectives of this blog were:
-Blog written in English with information all over the world
-Promote roller hockey activity in countries where it is almost an unknown sport
-Give ideas about good examples of promoting our sport
-Divulge problems that put in risk roller hockey in some parts of the world
...
After one year I think the balance must be positive.
More than 60.000 visits, from 105 countries!!!
Rolling Together have turned in an information source, about roller hockey actuality, for other websites.

I really hope each visitor had liked my blog, even with some mistakes, that somebody young like me sometimes do. I know that my English is not perfect, and sometime the fact that I've never been a roller hockey player, can harm myself. Also I have been really critic in some points (e.g. Mexico situation), what can put the image of this blog and myself in risk, although in my opinion this is the time to roller hockey fans assume their point of views, and fight by what they think it's right.

Because It's time to commemorate 1st Anniversary, Rolling Together promotes a Contest, where it will be offered a Roller Hockey Premium Stick, Azemad AZ-100 Special (details: thin wood stick and wider stick head 10º covered whith glass fibre), one of the best sticks of the World, used by some of the best players!!

To win this fantastic prize you just need to be creative and create something relating Rolling Together and Roller Hockey. Can be something like a video, a paint, a phrase, a song, a logo for our blog :) ... You are free to choose something you want!! The final winner will be choose by me. Of course the contest will be available for somebody from any part of the World.

OK Stars like NBA All Stars, one more good example from Spain

For the third time OK STARS takes place in Spain. In 28th January, Blanes will be the Spanish Capital of Roller Hockey, with a full day of practice. 
For the unknowns about this competition, it's comparable to NBA All Stars. The Event is divided in different performances as:

• Young Championship
  
• Women's OK STARS 
• Skills Contest
•  Men's OK STARS (Match of Stars)

During the morning, the young championship will promote roller hockey between the Spanish young players,t he best way to prepare the future of roller hockey.
After the lunch comes the Women's OK STARS, showing that Roller Hockey can't survive without women's. Concerning the selection of women players and coaches to be prsent in Blanes, will be chosen by capitans and coaches of the teams of each conference (more details on the rules of tournament).

The main part of OK Stars will come after with some of the best players in the World. They will dispute first some Skills Contest splitted in 3 different categories:

1. Fastest Player (speed race between players)
2. Precision (shoot to specific parts of goal)
3. Best Goalkeeper (shoot from different sides of the rink by 8 players)

The winner of each category will win 500€!

To conclude the amazing day there will be the Match of Stars between the players of two conferences (again see all the rules of tournament).
One of the most interesting points of the Men's tournament is the selection of each player. Thus, all Roller Hockey Fans have the opportunity to choose their favorite players to play in Blanes. 

The voting will be until 18th January 2012 on the website of Spanish Federation.

Bet in EuroStick and Win a Trip to the Final 8 of European League

A new contest about Roller Hockey was born last days, EuroStick.
For the first time ever a Contest put together all fans of Roller Hockey.
